Damaged / Not as Described / Missing Feature
If the item you received is damaged you have 7 days upon delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
Photo or video proof will be required before receiving a refund or replacement.
If you are unable to provide a photo/video showing the damage then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For Missing Shipments - just contact us at support@inspirewatch.com with your order number, we will ship a replacement immediately.
